if for some other reason you want US dolars just go to a money changing cubicle...most Westfield centres have one or try travel agents they'll tell you where your nearest one is, will still have to pay commision. Or get the 200 US Dollars from the post office, no commision and just change the excess in Bali like you will be with your Aus dollars!
