Having stayed at Villa Rumah Manis 5 years ago we had many happy memories. We had a look in there last week. The reports were right, it is run down with very few guests, minimal staff. Shafts of sunlight is showing through the office alang alang. The dining area now has a ping pong and pool table (I'm guessing there was no demand for catering).
The poor fellow working there tried to talk us into staying at a cheap price.
There is plenty of better places for you to stay.
