Tuban to Amed via Pacung

Firstly I have searched the archives and could not find the answer.
Can someone tell me if it is practical to travel to Amed via Pacung or visa verse, and how long does it take.
We will be based in Tuban and thought we would have a night or two at Amed in the Jukung Bali Bungalows. If anyone has stayed here I would appreciate any info regarding rooms and cost. I would also like to visit Crackers bar and have lunch at David and Moira's either on the way there or back.
