Buddy does a great job and uses a new needle with every customer. My wife and I have both had several tattoos done by Buddy, he will also draw and design anything special that you may want. I have had quotes from Mr Dolphin and Mr Barrong and Buddy is cheaper. He can be found down gang along Jalan Padma Utara between Je-Je's and the All Seasons Hotel, two shops past Artha the Tailor.
