We travelled to Bali when our twins where they where 14 month old, we took two stroller prams. Easier to carry, and manouver on the foot paths and walkways ( we had planned and did leave behind in Bali as we bought at Markets fro $10 each), they both had covers on the top. My wife took muslem covers to go over front to keep the sun off them and insects.
If you take your own pram consider if it gets damaged, weight to carry around and your luggage allowance . If it has pneumatic tyres you have to deflate prior to boarding plan to prevent bursting (thus have to reinflate when you arrive in Bali).
Found the people very good with kids, we took our own night time nappies (used huggies), but bought nappies for day time there. You can buy baby food, from the department stores in kuta, sanur and denapassar.
