four star hotels south of Kuta square include RAMADA BINTANG HOTEL,DYNASTY RESORT,DISCOVERY HOTEL all located on Jalan Sartika or it used to be known as Jalan Kartika Plaza.The BALI GARDEN HOTEL is three star also located there opposite the waterbom park.
