We love KP but I feel not ideal for female teenagers.
The location is great for beach but no so hot for shopping etc. Really you can't beat Tuban for that with it's proximity to Discovery/Kuta Sq etc. I find myself catching a taxi every time I feel like a shop (unless Double Six) My experience of teenagers is that they like to be in the middle of it.
Just my thoughts, you can judge for yourself. Also bear in mind that KP will be totally different this time next year, over twice it's current size.
Another consideration is Ramayana
