True Henna only comes in one colour, dark green. So if someone tries to tell you otherwise it's just not true. It's when henna is mixed to change the colour to black or brown that's when people have terrible trouble. Look in the archives for things to beware of. Henna is expensive so in a way you can understand why they want it to go further by mixing it, also many people don't like the dark green colour. I've been told by a tattoo artist that if a tattoo is done without using the needle in the gun it'll also last a few weeks and look like the real thing more so than a henna tattoo but I have not tested this theory. Good-luck in what you decide. Stick-ons are a good option.
