Darn, you just took all the fun out of it :) Although i was imagining the poor bloke who had to skin and gut thousands of rats to get one days worth of bakso meat!
I wish someone would start importing Bakso to Adelaide...I did find a recipe to make the balls but it just looks too hard. I will think of you and be jealous at lunctimes now :)
