Some have 1,200,000 or 1,500,000 limits (usually if they disperse 50,000rp notes) but can withdraw 2,000,000 when the machine disperses 100,000rp notes.
If you provide identification (usually passport) you can withdraw larger amounts from banks.
If you are in Legian near Rum Jungle Rd, there is a bank on the left hand side, as you head towards Jl Legian, and I think you can take up to 10,000,000 rp per transaction, over the counter.
