Just checked their site hoping that they may be the way to go But they are the same as the others, Possession OR USE of a mechanically propelled vechicle or Boat

"section 11 personal liability
We will not pay for liability arising out of your ownership, ossession or use (including as a passenger) of a mechanically propelled vechicle, or any aircraft or watercraft"
