Hi, I have not actually travelled with a baby or young children to Bali but we were considering taking them on our trip next month so went through the process of finding as much infomation as i could; One suggestion I read about was using the Milton sterilisers in the baby's bath to ensure safe water if the baby swallowed any or to purchase a baby bath in Bali and fill with brought and then boiled (and cooled)water, Also if you are taking a pram/stoller make sure you also take a good sunshade.
If you are taking any long day trips and prefer to have a car seat for baby you can hire them from balidiscovery.com there is a minimum hire of 7 days but only US$3 per day, just email them for all info if you interested.
