Not all the rooms are put out to contract with the wholesalers, eg, there are only 2 duplex rooms. Both upstairs and downstairs can be used separately or together. The hotel is very busy at the moment so there has been a delay in emails. Price would also depend on availability. Some rooms are always booked as the Griya Santrian has a lot of repeat guests who will request the same room year after year.
