There is a mind game you can play for when you get a bit stressed, find an animal for each letter of the alphabet... concentrate and work hard thinking whenever you feel a few butterflies. Then do capital cities,fruit and vegetables etc. Play the game with whoever you are with or just in your own head. Play boy/girl which is a similar game with categories like boys name, girls name, animal, fruit, destination etc to 10 categories.
If you are busy searching your mind for answers you will put your worries to the back of your mind. Play boy girl with a group or just 2 people.
