Hi if I have my directions right which I can't guarantee lol . You head down Legian st and turn left at bemo corner , then you turn right at the next corner , the markets are on your left hand side the stall we got my umbrella from was the last one next to the fruit lady , the reason I say traditional markets is out the back of the stall we went to is a local market. The reason we went early is because they are usually closed after lunch . We paid 30000 for a small one and they have the flags there as well for 20000 for the 5 metre ones but don't get the ones with the printed dragons on them as one rain shower and you have no dragons left . Hope that helps.
