Hi was wondering if anyone can help me? Im going to Bali in September and a I have an allergy to all types of Nuts (eg.Peanuts, almonds, cashews, peanut oil etc) If I ingest slightest amount it could be fatal. I know the Balanese like nuts in there food. I plan to play it safe and take with me antihistimines and epi pens just in case, is it possible to play it more safer and by western food in Bali (eg bread, spreads etc) that I know would not have any nuts. Is there such a supermarket over there? and if so could anyone tell me where? Would they have these sorts of supplies in the Hotel as well? Please any help would be muchly appreciated. Thanks
