Hi there, we have not stayed there, but our friends stayed there in March this year. We went to visit them a couple of times and were pleasantly surprised at what we found. The web site does not do this property justice. Really nice reception area, lovely gardens and pool area. The rooms looked nice and clean. Our friends said the staff and service were great.
Location is excellent if you like to be in the heart of Kuta. It is directly behind the Ramayana in Kuta square. This makes it a short walk from everywhere, the beach, Kuta art markets etc. It is a safe walk with no lane ways to tackle at night. Hope this helps.
