I have been staying at the Legian Village hotel for well over 30 years and love it. (as have quite a few of my friends)
It is a budget hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff are wonderful, the pool is good, the restaurant is good, the laundry and all services are fine, it is clean, it is as safe as the staff and balinese owners can make it, it is cheap, it is what it says it is, a budget hotel.
It has everything I want in a hotel in Bali, my room is one of the bungalows which are fairly cheap.
hope you like it as much as I do, it is fairly relaxed, and feels like a second home to me,
