and would you believe, it was on July 28 (2005!) We went to the Taro Elephant Park and rode the elephants, watched the show, the whole bit, he loved it. Was special to do something so memorable on his 10th, he certainly still talks about it. We'd been in Bali for almost 3 weeks at that stage (our first trip), and he was really craving a roast dinner for his birthday. Amazingly enough our hotel was having a special roast night on that day, so we were very lucky (and he was one very happy 10yo by the end of that day).
