Our usual driver who lives in Kuta charged us his whole day rate which was 400K for the trip from the airport to Candi Dasa - we did not mind this as it is pleasant to have someone you know to meet you.
On our return from Candi Dasa to Sanur we contacted a driver who is based in Candi Dasa and had been recommended several times on the forum and he charged 250K - but this was to Sanur, I would say 300K would be fair from the Airport. I would recommend Ketut Sudiarta, he speaks very good English and has a great sense of humour, and the next time we visit Bali and Candi Dasa we will contact him as it is usefull to have a local driver who knows the area around Candi Dasa well.
