Speak to a doctor who has current experience of tropical medicine and, if possible, Indonesia, take their advice on board and, from there, decide what you want to vaccinate against. Also, research the diseases you are vaccinating against. For instance, Hep A is very contagious and very common all over the world including Australia. Hep B on the other hand, whilst very contagious, is transmitted by blood and other body fluids and your children, on a short holiday, are unlikely to be exposed. But, like I said before, take notice of the experts (making sure they are experts) and then make up your own mind.
