we went to lembongan last year and really enjoyed it - nothing like mainland bali - very quiet, no shops or late night entertainment.
can get to island very cheaply but slowly or can pay more and go with scoot boot and get there fast.
we are going to gili islands in lombok this year so can't tell you costs as yet. depends what you are after really i guess.
