Try Bumbu Bali in Tanjung Benoa, about 1km north of the entrance to Nusa Dua. The best Balinese food you will have in Bali. Also Warung Satay, owned by the same person, Heinz Von Holzen who runs the cooking school in Rumah Bali between the two restaurants.
