Its at the Melasti beach Hotel, RHS at front on JL Padma Utara.
Also try Ambience Spa ( Spelling ) Green Building just on left hand side as you go down Garlic Lane (JL Sahedewa ). from JL padma end heading to JL Melasti It is almost opposite Hulus. I have been to both and preferred Ambience.
