To Bali and back in 12 days

I have an opportunity take a trip to Bali for 12 days, including travel to and from the states. I figure with acclimation time, that leaves about 9-10 days of experiencing Bali.

I'm just wondering if that is enough time to spend in such an exotic place? My ticket price is very good, I've been told, but I just don't know if it's excessive to travel so far for such a short period of time.

Any thoughts?
