There are locally produced kids boutiques in Bali, but I've never seen any of the other brands like Fred Bare, Pumpkin Patch etc.
Kuta Kidz make great clothes, especially bright colours. They're located right near Bemo Corner and have a website you can check.
I also bought some gorgeous outfits from a place on Jl Melasti but can't remember the name of it just now. Around the Rp 100-150,000-ish mark for lovely 2 and 3 piece outfits for girls (skirt, top and hat or dress and bandana etc). Didn't look at boys clothes back then as I only had a girl to buy for. Will be buying for both boy and girl this trip in August.
