roller skate shoes and nike runners

Hi, my husband is going to the island of paradise tomorrow if all is still ok. Just wondering if anyone knows where to get and how much the roller skates that are built into the shoes are at all.Also how much roughly for a pair of nike air max runners and the best place to get them.
