central intelligence, if you are then fair enough, if not then I would let your mind cast back to October or late September 2002 when a know it all forumite was blasting us with the safety of Bali, that it was rubbish to suggest there may be terrorist activities in Bali.
Maybe there are plans, maybe not, but the DFAT warning suggests they do have some information which may or may not be acted upon by persons unknown.
People can read the DFAT site, absorb the information and decide for themselves if they want to travel. If you are a spy then get back to work and tell us where and when in whicever country is next and why didn't you warn the people in the UK?
