Sorry, thought perhaps it was Puja. If you post a message calling for "Tracy" to reply, I think she could help. She posted a comment to my JBR and seemed to know the staff. Also, there are literally dozens on here that frequent Melasti, so maybe start the posting with "??Question Melasti Beach Resort". That seems to grab more attention.
