Any more Puri Rajas happening ?

If this place re opened after refurb and is fully booked for some time... ( Nicno I think said 2020 hahah ) must say it has some features that are in demand.
I havent stayed there and last march when I went to look the renos were happening. What in summary are its attractions ?? Why dont others take a leaf from their book ?
