I live in bali and play golf most weeks the cheapest course is balibeach in Sanur a 9 hole course, well laid out and for $60 USD you can play 18 holes, incs caddy but a tip is expected (usually 50000rp)and theres no golf carts you have to walk.
Bali Handara is my favorite course set in the mountains (Bedugal), one hour drive, a 18 hole course once ranked 25th in the world. Cost 120 USD incs caddy and golf cart again tip is expected.
Most spectacular is Nirwana the layout and the views are great, its a Greg Norman designed 18 whole course weekend Cost 160 USD incs caddy & cart again tip is expected. Week rate 150 USD.
Havent Played the new Kuta Golf but heard good reports.
The last course and my least favorite is Bali Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua, 170 USD incs cart and caddy.
The prices i have quoted are the prices for visitors, if you no anyone who is a member or a local who plays they can usually get it cheaper for you or if you stay in-house the rates are cheaper
Enjoy your game
