As far as I know the catamaran from Benoa is not operating and hasn't been since 2001.
There is a new speedboat that goes from Benoa operated by BlueWater Safaris - it is about double the price of a flight (Rp690,000 one way) but gets you there very quickly.
It runs every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday as from April 1st 2007, other days according to demand. Departs Bali at 7.00am, departs Trawangan at 10am.
