Most places we go too are kid fiendly. as we go in a big group we often just let the kids have their own table.
Couple for you to try
Uncle Norms - Malastie street legian
Goshas - Melastie st
Ketumbar - again in Melastie st (new one for us)
Legends - Garlic lane Legian
Bubba Gumps - the kids will love this place for its atmosphere and fun
Jessens - Bakungsari street about 300m up from Ramayana hotel, tuban
Be adventurous - the bali hai or bounty day cruise is well worth the day out to.
Have a look at what they call Fly-fish, it's like a banana boat ride with wings. doo a search in google images for flyfish and you will see what i mean.
Don't go automatically for hotels with kid's clubs, they can often be a bit more expensive and may only cater for realy young kids. we have never used them.
But no im only in my 40's and my kids are teenagers.
