This year we are having what we consider a quite holiday in Bali, staying in Candi Dasa, which is to quite for some, but great for exploring that part of the island and snorkeling, Ubud for the art and cultural side, also lots of good tours up there, Nusa Lembongan hoping for the kids to interact with locals and see a different side of Bali, lots of walking and swimming, and last Sanur for a little shopping, and lots of lazy days, strolling along the path and sipping on drinks AHHH...

So for us that is a quite Bali ? To me busy would be Kuta/Legian, and very quite would be north/west? not sure about now, but last time we went up there it was really quite. I think any where in Bali is beautiful as long as you interact with the locals.

In reality we won't be able to resist Bali, rushing around soaking up as much as we can, but we can dream about lazy days for now .
