You're unlikely to see any of the Fox televised games. You'll get the channel 9 games on ABC Asia Pacific, which should be available in your hotel room on the TV (it's a local channel there so even cheap hotels usually have it).
Most places showing games will only be showing the same games. So if Cronulla isn't the Ch 9 game, you won't get to see them that week.
