Cathay Pacific fly direct I believe.
Jetstar departs HK as well - maybe Bali via Singapore route .
Tiger and Air Asia ( very good priced budget airlines ) dont fly from HK but rather mainland China. Going via kula lumpur of Singapore to Bali
Check each of their websites or some of the other ones
like expedia, best flights etc to give you an idea.
