How do I call him from the US? His number is listed as 081 755 4193. Has anyone called Indonesia from the States?
Just to remind...I was looking for a driver since I couldn't find Ketut's card. Has anyone else hired Ketut Arnawa (Tony)? He is a fantastic person! I would highly recommend him. Hopefully, he is around and available :)
