We booked the ride direct with wwwdotbalibikedot.com I emailed Wayan Sujana direct and he replied very quickly. We paid 320,000 per adult and 300,000 per child. I negotiated this rate as we had a group of 8. It is a very well run operation, my daughter is 10 and niece is 9 and they handled it well until the end when we struck a few hills. The support vehicle follows behind so if your daughter got tired she could hop in. My mother and mother-in-law (both in their 70s) did the whole tour in the back-up car in aircon comfort. Email Wayan about the size of his bikes, I'm sure he'll organise something. As we rode through each village all the local kids came running out to high-5 us and say hello.
At Villa RK, make sure you have the Broccoli and Cauliflower soup - I had it on the last night and wished I'd tried it sooner, delish!
We also ate at Villa Wayan down on the beach which was cheap and has lovely shady tables to watch the view from.
Have a great time, any more q's feel free to ask.
