Hi Donna. So far we have been very happy with Travel Insurance Direct. We chose them as they were one of the few companies that cover you for medical stuff in possibility of an act of terrorism ( something i queried with them prior.
They were extremely helpful on the phone and told us what information we needed to get from the doctor to make a claim and she emailed the claim form to our email address straight away. we have just put the claim in ( can take up to 10 days to process)so hopefully all will be well. if nothing goes wrong now i would definatly use them again. :)
