Left all our luggage at Sanur in hotel while we were in Lembongan, then did the same thing again when were were leaving Seminyak headed for Ubud. We dropped our gear and boards off at Bali Mandira which was where we were coming back to after Ubud. They are happy to do it at most hotels.
