From memory you pay fiscal downstairs, then upstairs you pay departure tax. There is a desk kind of in the middle of the corridor just past the departure tax desks, the woman there checked Damsiah's passport and because he paid fiscal he didn't pay departure tax.
That was 18 months ago when we'd been living in Indo too long and his fiscal stamp expired.
Well as I said, looks like we were lucky maybe.
