Both my son and i had glassed made in bali from Bali Optics Discovery Mall Kuta. (bottom floor up the northern end) Second time done buisness with these people.
They test your eyes and make up the glasses, pick up next day and we paid $200 in total for 2 glasses and two tests. Can highly recommend them.
