This is the email address i have been using we have just booked for october for 4wks, and have received emails back so they should get it..Address it to Att: Thomas he is the guy how handles all reservations at front desk. dont forget you can get either a standard poolview room without bathtub or deluxe pool viewroom which has a bathtub all have bathrooms. But both rooms are around pool.. Sorry if to much info..
