Best $30 Beach Hotel in Bali!

Is it possible to get a nice hotel for $30 or less on or near the beach in Bali. I have seen the Sanur Beach Villas recommended on this forum but would like to hear of other options. I will be in Bali from March 5 to March 15th. Thanks in advance.
