Puri Raja is on beach front past Padma,and would be my choice. It is a very nice, small 3-4 star quiet hotel, great pool on beach front ( motor bike road is in front ) ( ask for delux rooms) Bounty is in Kuta and is the fun hotel so lots of noise, great if under 30 and I dont know the All Seasons (but the Four Seasons is one of the most upmarket hotels with each villa having own plunge pool and is at Jimbarian Bay )
I would go for Puri Raja
