There's going to be a huge number of people who'll tell you not to be so nasty, that the Forum is here to help people, that people should be allowed to ask the same questions 27 times, etc. ad nauseam. Unfortunately, a lot of people ask questions before they realise that the archives are easily searched. Then again, sometimes it's easier to just ask the question without having to trawl through 10,000 archived posts concerning the VOA.
