Hi Tinggading
If you purchase the Alcohol Duty Free, you can't pack it in your check in Luggage.

If your alcohol is purchased at normal retail you can pack it into your check in Luggage.

The regulations in Indonesia have not changed so you can still only bring in 1 Litre of Alcohol (Duty Free or otherwise) per person. As you say you will be under that so no problems.
