The trick is to take a really good book that engages you and you wont even notice. Sure it hurts but not that much. Once its done the pain stops anyway so its generally over pretty quick. Compared to being seriously hurt, its nothing. Just be aware though its highly unlikely your first will be your last :)
Wayan at Mr Dolphin did my most recent one and the other youngest guy also working there was doing some great work on another guy. I sure wont bother going anywhere else this time.
