Hi , I think the one you mean was in Monkey Forest Road, we loved it, but looked for it on previous lat 2 trips to Ubud, apparently it has closed down. Other Thai more upmarket place in Ubud, lovely food but not as 'Balinese' is Kokokan. Hope this helps!
