hi we actually done a trip bangkok -bali.
you will probably have to fly bangkok to bali approx 4hr?
who would probably get a better package if you book all the trip together.
when we went to phuket via singapore 1hour 40min flight so from bangkok it would be under an hour
flights bali-bangkok-phuket-bangkok-bali not sure if you could get a flight straight to phuket from bali.
